A Brief History of Unity

Unity Bible Church is the result of God's union of two Bible-believing Church Families in Lewiston - New Hope Bible Church and United Baptist Church.
United Baptist Church traces it's history back to 1783, with the founding of a Baptist Church in Lewiston, and then in 1919, with the union of three local Baptist Churches into one and the construction of a building at 250 Main Street.
New Hope Bible Church was started in Lewiston in the late 1990's, and purchased the property at 541 College Street, where the new Body - Unity Bible Church - currently meets.
