Welcome from the Pastor

Hi! My name's Bill Stevenson and I'm the Pastor here at Unity. If you live in the area or are just passing through, we'd love to have you come and visit us, and worship with us.

Every Church has some distinctive characteristics about it, almost like a personality. These distinctive qualities flow out of what that Church values the most, and what it sees as its reason for existence. Our distinctive characteristics are quite obvious, I think. We are a loving Church; that's probably the simplest way to say it.
    We love our God passionately, and we love to worship and exalt Him...
    We love His Word, and we make it the center of our worship, our programs, our activities...
    We love one another, and enjoy spending time together as brothers and sisters in Christ...
    We love others who aren't part of our Family, and we're genuinely concerned about them.

If you're able to visit us, I think you will immediately see all of this. Know this! They are all the result of one thing: we have experienced the awesomeness of His phenomenal love for us, and His grace and His forgiveness. As John put it "We love because HE first loved us" (1 John 4:19).

If you are not able to visit us, we still encourage you to make use of some of the features on this site, and suggest that you listen to some of the sermons posted. We hope you are encouraged (and also challenged!) by the Truths of God's Word. And if you have any questions about how you can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, please contact us.
