Romans 13:1-7 is one of the most complete teachings on a believer’s relationship to the government. Sadly, much ink has been spilt and much blood has been shed concerning these verses. Today, we will consider the Apostle’s teaching by considering the TEXT and the CONTEXT. We will see Paul’s great overriding CONCERN and we will end out time with some truths of COMFORT.
